Integrated Case Environment

Project Meridian

A fictional, jurisdiction-neutral construction project through which participants confront developing contractual, commercial, programme, evidence and governance conditions across the full programme.

Staged Information Releases Participants receive controlled information as the project position develops.
Competing Project Interests Contractor, employer, consultant and management perspectives must be assessed deliberately.
Commercial and Programme Evidence Records, calculations, notices, schedules and narratives must be reconciled.
Structured Tools™ Application Selected CCNS™ Tools support the movement from analysis to documented action.
Assessment Under Ambiguity Participants must make defensible decisions where the complete answer is not immediately available.
The Applied Learning Experience

Learn the Principle. Test the Position. Produce the Output.

02 — FRAMEWORK
